Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and well blended.
- Stir in the diced green onions, jalapeños, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
Notes
Leftovers keep well in the fridge for about 3 days. Freezing is possible but not ideal; thaw overnight in the fridge before serving. Warm cream cheese for easier mixing.
