- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (Optional but recommended.)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt (Adjust according to your BBQ sauce.)

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels to help the sauce stick.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken well and place it on the pan with some space between the pieces.
Baking
- Bake the chicken, flipping halfway through and brushing on more BBQ sauce.
- Finish with a last brush of sauce near the end for a sticky top layer.
- Rest the chicken for 5 minutes before serving to retain juiciness.
