Description

A sticky and sweet treat perfect for weeknight dinners, game nights, or casual gatherings, these wings combine brown sugar and pineapple for a delightful flavor.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Pineapple (Fresh or canned; if canned, drain well.)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar (Light or dark; adjust based on preference.)
  • Wings as preferred Chicken wings (Use preferred cut or combination of wings.)

Optional Seasonings

  • to taste Soy sauce (Adds depth and saltiness, optional.)
  • to taste teaspoon Garlic powder (Optional for extra flavor.)
  • to taste teaspoon Black pepper (Adds a hint of spice, optional.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and pineapple together. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper if desired.
  3. Coat the wings with the pineapple-brown sugar mixture.
  4. Place the wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Cooking

  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature wings for even cooking. Pat wings dry before coating to ensure crispiness. Line the pan with parchment paper for easier cleanup and to prevent sticking.
