Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas (Easiest to work with.)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (Use leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken.)
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped (Can use pre-cooked bacon for speed.)
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (Store bought or homemade.)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mix.)
Optional Extras
- 1 cup chopped lettuce (For added crunch.)
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (Optional, adds freshness.)
- 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped (Optional for flavor.)
- 1 pinch black pepper (To taste.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Warm your tortilla for about 10 seconds in the microwave so it folds without tearing.
- In a bowl, mix the chicken with ranch until coated.
Assembly
- Lay the tortilla flat and add the ranch chicken, followed by bacon, and then a generous handful of cheese.
- Add any extras like lettuce or green onion if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up snugly.
Toasting (Optional)
- Toast the wrap in a dry skillet for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese starts melting.
Notes
Don’t overstuff your wraps to prevent them from falling apart. Store-bought ranch is fine, but homemade offers freshness.
