  • 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (Use leftover grilled or rotisserie chicken.)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled or chopped (Can use pre-cooked bacon for speed.)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (Store bought or homemade.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or mix.)

Optional Extras

  • 1 cup chopped lettuce (For added crunch.)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (Optional, adds freshness.)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion, chopped (Optional for flavor.)
  • 1 pinch black pepper (To taste.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Warm your tortilla for about 10 seconds in the microwave so it folds without tearing.
