Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cooked rice, beans, corn, diced peppers or onions (if using), enchilada sauce or salsa, and spices.
- Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Baking
