- 1 cup Butter, unsalted (Softened but not melted)
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Dry Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 cups All-purpose flour (Add gradually and mix until combined)

Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add flour until the mixture is combined.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a stronger cinnamon roll vibe, fold in some cinnamon swirls or cream cheese. Don’t overmix the dough after adding flour to keep cookies tender.
