Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 8 oz plain log-style goat cheese (Softened for easy blending)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (For extra smoothness)

Preparation

  1. Let the goat cheese and cream cheese sit out for 15 to 20 minutes to soften.
  2. Add goat cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, a pinch of salt, and lemon juice (if using) to a food processor.
  3. Blend for about 45 to 60 seconds, scrape down the sides, then blend again until the mixture looks fluffy and smooth.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a shallow bowl and swirl the top with a spoon.
  5. Drizzle honey right before serving.

Notes

Serve with a variety of dippers like toasted baguette slices, crackers, or fresh veggies. For added flavor, consider varying toppings or mixing in fresh herbs.
