  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (Choose sweet, smoky, or spicy.)
  • 8 pieces tostada shells (Store bought or homemade baked tortillas.)
  • 2 cups cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack) (Shred your own for best melt.)

Optional Toppings

  • 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 piece avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 cup slaw
  • 2 pieces jalapenos, sliced (Optional for heat.)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (For topping.)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce in a skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the chicken is coated and warm.
