- 1 head Broccoli (Cut into florets)
- 3 cloves Garlic (Mince before adding)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (Adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated (To sprinkle on top before serving)
Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a bowl.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt to the broccoli. Toss to coat evenly.
Cooking
- Place the broccoli mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
- Once done, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and serve.
Notes
Serve with roasted chicken, grain bowls, or toss into pasta. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for crispness.
