Description

A quick and easy side dish featuring crispy, roasted broccoli infused with garlic, perfect for busy weeknights or special dinners.


Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1 head Broccoli (Cut into florets)
  • 3 cloves Garlic (Mince before adding)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes (Adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, grated (To sprinkle on top before serving)


Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl.
  4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt to the broccoli. Toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  1. Place the broccoli mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy.
  3. Once done, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top and serve.

Notes

Serve with roasted chicken, grain bowls, or toss into pasta. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for crispness.
