- 4 pieces Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 2 cloves Garlic (Mince finely or use a garlic press)
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup Honey (Measure in a warmed cup for easy pouring)
- to taste Salt and pepper
- to taste Fresh parsley (For garnish)
Instructions
Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the honey mustard mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the sauce and serve, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For serving, spoon the shredded chicken over steamed rice, in rolls, or over buttered noodles. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
