Instructions
Preparation
- Wash and dry the cucumber well.
- Slice the cucumber into even rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Lay the rounds on a paper towel and lightly blot the tops.
Assembly

- Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
