- 1 spray Oil spray (Optional, helps browning and prevents sticking)
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon (Optional but recommended)
- 1-2 teaspoons Brown sugar or coconut sugar (Optional for extra caramel vibes)

Instructions
Preparation
- Drain and dry pineapple chunks well.
- Toss the pineapple with a tiny pinch of salt.
- Add cinnamon and brown sugar if desired.
- Place the pineapple in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cooking
- Air fry at 375°F to 400°F (190°C to 200°C) for about 8 to 12 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through.
- Check for golden edges and a sweet smell to know when it’s done.
Notes
For added sweetness without refined sugar, consider using honey or maple syrup after cooking. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream, yogurt, or over pancakes.
