- 225 g Spaghetti (Use any pasta of your choice.)
- 4 cloves Garlic (Minced.)
- 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (Minced.)
- 2 stalks Green onions (Chopped, for garnish.)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce (Adjust for gluten-free if necessary.)
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar (Can be adjusted to taste.)
- 1.5 tbsp Chili oil (Choose milder for kids.)
- 1 tsp Salt (Add to taste.)
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds (For topping.)
- 1 tbsp Neutral oil (For cooking.)
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar (Adds brightness to the dish.)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil (For finishing flavor.)
Instructions
Cooking the Noodles
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Preparing the Beef Mixture
- In a large pan, heat the neutral oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, chili oil, and salt. Mix well.
Combining Ingredients
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the beef mixture and toss to combine.
- Drizzle with rice vinegar and sesame oil, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 2 months, but texture may change. Serve with optional toppings for added crunch and color.
