Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- Top with cranberry sauce and toasted pecans.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it well and creating a package.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Baking
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with fresh rosemary, and serve warm.
