- 4 pieces English muffins (classic or whole wheat)

- 4 large eggs (can substitute with egg whites for a lighter option)
- 1 cup bacon bits or cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, sharp cheddar, or a blend) (shred your own for best melting)
- 1 cup sauce (Heinz chili sauce or pizza sauce)

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Split each English muffin in half and toast them lightly for 3 to 4 minutes.
