Instructions
Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and gently stir until just combined. Some small lumps are okay.
- Let the batter rest for 5 to 10 minutes while you heat your pan.
Cooking
