For the Carbonara
- 1 lb Potato gnocchi (Store-bought or homemade)
- 6 oz Bacon (Crisp well for texture)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Eggs Eggs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (Use good quality cheese)
- 1 tsp Black pepper (Freshly cracked preferred)
- 1 tsp Salt (Adjust according to taste)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (For garnish)

Preparation
- Cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon bits and set aside.
- Prepare the potato gnocchi according to package directions or make your own.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Parmesan cheese.
- Once the gnocchi is cooked, toss it with the egg and cheese mixture immediately to create a silky sauce.
- Load the dish with the crispy bacon bits.
- Serve with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper.
Notes
