Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (plus zest from 1 lemon)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano (or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 to 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Main Ingredient

  • 2 pounds chicken breast, boneless and skinless


Instructions

Preparation

  1. In a bowl or measuring jug, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, Dijon, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, and honey if using.
