- 1 large seedless watermelon (Cold is best)

- 1 cup strawberries (Sliced or whole, for decoration)
- 1 cup blueberries (For decoration)
- 1 cup kiwi (Sliced for decoration)
- 1 cup raspberries (For decoration)
- 1 cup blackberries (For decoration)

- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (For decoration)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (For decoration)

Instructions
Preparation
- Chill the watermelon.
- Cut off both ends to create flat surfaces.
- Stand the watermelon upright and slice off the rind.
- Trim the sides to shape it into a smooth cylinder.
- Pat the watermelon dry with paper towels.
Assembly
- Spread on your whipped topping with a spatula.
- Decorate with fresh fruit, mint, coconut, or other toppings.
- Chill the assembled cake for at least 20 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve the cake cold and slice using a sharp knife. It can remain out for no longer than 45 minutes at a warm event to maintain freshness.
