- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (Rotisserie chicken works well.)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (Your favorite brand or homemade.)
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded (For stretch.)
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (For flavor.)
- 1 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil (For brushing the crust.)
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped (Optional.)

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (246°C) and preheat your pizza pan or stone.
- Stretch the pizza dough into a desired shape (circle or rectangle).
- Brush the outer edge of the dough with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of BBQ sauce on the dough, leaving a small border.
- Layer the shredded chicken, followed by the thinly sliced onions, and finally sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling, about 12-15 minutes.
- After baking, sprinkle with cilantro for fresh flavor.
Notes
Ensure not to overload on toppings to avoid sogginess. Add additional BBQ sauce after baking if desired. For a lighter pizza, use a thin crust and reduce the amount of cheese.
