Description

Delicious and creamy yogurt bites infused with blueberry flavor, perfect for a quick snack or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (Plain or vanilla)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (Adjust according to sweetness preference)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (Optional for added flavor)
  • 1 pinch Salt (Enhances sweetness)

Blueberry Mixture

  • 1 cup Blueberries (Fresh or thawed frozen blueberries)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest (Optional for brightness)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the blueberries with a fork. Add lemon zest if desired.

Assembly and Freezing

  1. Spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone mini muffin cups or dollops onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Add a small spoonful of mashed blueberries on top of each yogurt bite.
  3. Use a toothpick or the tip of a knife to gently swirl the blueberries into the yogurt.
  4. Freeze the yogurt bites for at least 2 to 3 hours, until firm.

Serving

  1. Pop out the yogurt bites and enjoy immediately. Try not to eat half the batch standing at the freezer!

Notes

For best results, use Greek yogurt for creaminess and avoid over-swirling the blueberry mixture. Let the bites sit for 2 minutes before eating for a creamier texture.
