- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Preparation
- Toss the chicken with olive oil and all seasonings. For best flavor, allow it to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- If time permits, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cooking Chicken
- Choose your cooking method: Sautéing, Grilling, or Baking.
- For sautéing, heat a skillet over medium high heat and cook chicken for 3 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- For grilling, grill tenders for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- For baking, preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 15 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Assembling the Wrap
- Spread a spoonful of sauce on a tortilla first.
- Layer lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and then sliced chicken.
- Add more sauce on top before folding the wrap tightly.
- Optionally, toast the wrap seam side down in a skillet for 1-2 minutes to warm it.
Making the Sauce
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and salt until smooth.
- Let the sauce sit for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 1-2 hours to enhance flavors.
Notes
Wrap assembly can involve personal customization. Keep tortillas warm for the best results. Store chicken and sauce separately if preparing in advance.
