Ingredients
For the Chicken
- 4 pieces chicken breasts (Trimmed and seasoned)
- 1 cup honey BBQ sauce (For glazing the chicken)

For the Potatoes
- 4 medium potatoes (Washed and cut into wedges)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (For topping the potatoes)
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder (For flavoring the potatoes)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (For tossing the potatoes)

Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush with honey BBQ sauce.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Transfer the potatoes to a baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve the grilled chicken with garlic Parmesan potatoes, and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
