Toppings
- 1/4 cup Banana peppers (Mild sweetness and texture.)
- 1/4 cup Red onions (Soak in cold water for milder flavor.)

Italian Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil (Base of the dressing.)
- 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar (For acidity.)
- 1 clove Garlic (Grated garlic clove.)

Instructions
Preparation
- Wash and dry your lettuce thoroughly to maintain crunch.
- Lay down two big lettuce leaves slightly overlapping.
- Place a slice of cheese near the bottom center.
- Layer deli meats on top of the cheese.
- Add thin slices of red onion and banana peppers.
- Drizzle a small line of dressing over the fillings.
Assembly
- Fold the sides of the lettuce inward first.
- Roll from the bottom up, tucking the edge tightly under the fillings.
- Continue rolling to the top to form a snug wrap.
