Ingredients

Fish Preparation

  • 1 lb White fish (cod or tilapia) (Mild and flaky fish)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (For seasoning the fish)

Cauliflower Rice Base

  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice (Frozen or fresh, prepared as described)
  • 1 tsp Salt (To taste)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice (Adds brightness to the cauliflower rice)

Lime Crema Sauce

  • 1 cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt (For a creamy base)
  • 1 tbsp Lime zest (For added flavor)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice (To enhance crema flavor)
  • 1 pinch Salt (To taste)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (Optional for flavor)

Toppings

  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage (For crunch)
  • 1 cup Diced avocado (Enhances flavor)
  • 1 cup Salsa or pico de gallo (For freshness)
  • ½ cup Radishes, sliced (Optional, for extra crunch)
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro (For garnish)

Fish Taco Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Chili powder (For spices)
  • 1 tbsp Cumin (For spices)
  • 1 tbsp Smoked paprika (For flavor)
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder (For flavor)
  • 1 tsp Onion powder (For flavor)
  • ½ tsp Salt (To taste)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F or prepare the air fryer.
  2. Pat the fish dry, then rub with olive oil and seasoning blend.
  3. Bake the fish for 10-14 minutes until it flakes easily with a fork.
