- 8 oz cream cheese, softened (Make sure it is softened before mixing.)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
Cheeses
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (Freshly shredded works best.)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (Freshly shredded works best.)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Veggies and Seasonings
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper (Diced small for even mixing.)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- to taste Salt and pepper (Add to your preference.)
Instructions
Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently. For freezing, stir in a tablespoon of sour cream or mayonnaise if it separates upon reheating.
