Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut peaches in half and remove pits.
- Place peaches cut side up in a small baking dish.
- Drizzle honey over each peach half.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, a pinch of salt, and brown sugar if using.
- Add a few drops of vanilla on top or mix it into the honey.
Baking
- Bake for 18-30 minutes, depending on the ripeness of the peaches, until tender and glossy.
- Spoon the warm syrup over the peaches before serving.
Notes
