- Combine oats and mini chocolate chips in a medium bowl.
- Add peanut butter and honey; stir until well combined.
- Scoop mixture into 12 balls and roll between your hands.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
- If the mixture feels too loose, chill it for a few minutes. If too stiff, add a drizzle of extra honey.
