Instructions
Oven Method
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Place your crust or naan on a baking sheet and spread a thin layer of sauce if desired.
- Sprinkle a little cheese first to protect the base.
- Add your pre-cooked toppings.
- Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then pour over the toppings evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is bubbly. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Stovetop Method
- Warm a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
- Add your toppings first, then pour in eggs and gently scramble.
- When eggs are almost done, sprinkle cheese and cover for 30-60 seconds to melt.
