Description

A creamy, high protein, and low calorie dessert that satisfies sweet cravings without blowing your diet.

Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Protein powder (whey or casein, vanilla or chocolate) (Choose a flavor you enjoy for the best results.)
  • 1 cup Milk of choice (almond milk or dairy milk) (Use almond milk for lower calories.)
  • 1 serving Thickener (sugar free instant pudding mix or chia seeds or Greek yogurt) (Adjust based on desired thickness.)
  • a pinch Salt (Enhances flavor.)

Optional Ingredients

  • 1-2 teaspoons Honey or maple syrup (For sweetness, if desired.)
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder (For chocolate flavor.)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (For enhanced flavor.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Add your milk to a bowl, starting with less liquid than you think you need.
  2. Whisk in the protein powder for 20 to 30 seconds to break up clumps.
  3. Add your thickener (sugar free instant pudding mix, Greek yogurt, or chia seeds) and whisk until combined.
  4. Taste and adjust with a pinch of salt, sweetener, or flavor extras like cocoa or vanilla.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes for best consistency.

Notes

For the thickest pudding, casein protein is recommended. Store in airtight containers in the fridge for 3-4 days. Add toppings like fresh berries or granola just before serving for added texture.
