- 2 cups pineapple juice (Canned or bottled is fine; fresh is great.)
- 1 cup lemon juice (Fresh squeezed tastes best, but bottled works.)
- 3 cups prepared pink lemonade (Use a powered mix, liquid concentrate, or bottled.)
- 2-3 cups cold water (Use less for a stronger flavor.)
- as needed ice (Lots of ice is preferred.)
- as needed optional sweetness (Simple syrup, honey, or sugar.)
- as needed optional garnish (Lemon slices, pineapple wedges, mint, or frozen berries.)
Instructions
Preparation
- Add 2 cups of pineapple juice to a big pitcher.
- Add 1 cup of lemon juice.
- Add 3 cups of prepared pink lemonade.
- Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water to adjust the strength.
- Stir, then taste. Adjust sweetness or tartness as needed.
- Add a big scoop of ice and optional garnish.
- If using sparkling water, add right before serving.
Notes
Chill everything for better flavor. Use a pinch of salt to enhance fruit flavors. Be careful not to over dilute.
