Instructions
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap in foil.
- Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until soft and caramelized.
- Allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves out of their skins into a bowl.
Mixing
- Add goat cheese, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth and creamy.
Serving
- Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, or toasted bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Stir with a splash of olive oil if it feels too stiff when reheating.
