- 2 cups strawberries, sliced (Use ripe, firm strawberries for best flavor.)
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup whipped topping (Can substitute with fresh whipped cream.)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package of strawberry gelatin mix
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (Can add more for texture just before serving.)
- 1/2 cup sugar (Adjust to taste, can reduce for less sweetness.)

Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together the sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, whipped topping, crushed pineapple, sour cream, and sugar until well combined.
- Add the strawberry gelatin mix and stir until fully incorporated.
- Gently fold in the crushed graham crackers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve in a large glass bowl and top with additional fresh strawberries if desired.
Notes
Best served well chilled. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days. The graham crackers will soften over time.
