Description

A light, sweet salad featuring fresh strawberries, mini marshmallows, and a crunchy graham cracker texture, perfect for potlucks and family gatherings.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced (Use ripe, firm strawberries for best flavor.)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Can substitute with fresh whipped cream.)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package of strawberry gelatin mix
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers (Can add more for texture just before serving.)
  • 1/2 cup sugar (Adjust to taste, can reduce for less sweetness.)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the sliced strawberries, mini marshmallows, whipped topping, crushed pineapple, sour cream, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Add the strawberry gelatin mix and stir until fully incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed graham crackers.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  5. Serve in a large glass bowl and top with additional fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

Best served well chilled. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days. The graham crackers will soften over time.
