- 12 oz Brussels sprouts

- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Ginger, ground
- 1/4 cup Chili sauce, sweet
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, black pepper, chili oil, chili powder, and kosher salt.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add it to the sauce mixture, ensuring that it’s well coated.
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts, then add them to the bowl and toss them in the remaining sauce.
Cooking
- Place the chicken and Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until the chicken is fully cooked and the Brussels sprouts are crispy.

Notes
