Ingredients
Fruits
- 1 half pineapple (Fresh and ripe)
- 1 orange (Peeled and chopped)
- 5 pieces strawberries (Hulled and halved)
- 1 cup grapes (Washed and stems removed)
- 1 kiwi (Peeled and sliced)
Optional Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey (For drizzling, optional)
- 1 sprig mint leaves (For garnish, optional)
Instructions
Preparation
- Wash all fruits thoroughly.
- Peel and chop the pineapple and orange into bite-sized pieces.
- Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half.
- If using, peel and slice the kiwi.
Assembly
- Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and toss gently to combine.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in a shallow airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. If the fruit gets watery, drain and serve over yogurt or blend into a smoothie. Pre-washed berries and pre-cut fruit can save time.
