Description

A simple yet delightful fruit platter that’s perfect for gatherings, snacks, or brunch. Easy to make with fresh, ripe ingredients and customizable to your taste.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 1 half pineapple (Fresh and ripe)
  • 1 orange (Peeled and chopped)
  • 5 pieces strawberries (Hulled and halved)
  • 1 cup grapes (Washed and stems removed)
  • 1 kiwi (Peeled and sliced)

Optional Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons honey (For drizzling, optional)
  • 1 sprig mint leaves (For garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  2. Peel and chop the pineapple and orange into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them in half.
  4. If using, peel and slice the kiwi.

Assembly

  1. Combine all the fruits in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with honey if desired and toss gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in a shallow airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. If the fruit gets watery, drain and serve over yogurt or blend into a smoothie. Pre-washed berries and pre-cut fruit can save time.
